Bees Please Entertainment (“Bees Please”, “we”, “us”) is an events company based in Trinidad and Tobago. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Newsletter signups: your email address, when you join our mailing list.
- Committee applications: the details you submit on our Join page, such as your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, gender, your answers and an optional photo.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as browser type and IP address) kept by our hosting provider to run and secure the site.
Payments and tickets
All transactions are handled by our third party payment providers, Island E Tickets and TicketXPort. When you buy tickets or merchandise you are taken to their platforms, and your payment details are collected and processed by them under their own terms and privacy policies. Bees Please does not receive or store your card or banking details.
How we use your information
- To send you news about our events, drops and announcements, if you signed up.
- To review committee applications and contact applicants.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our events (such as our website host, database provider and the tools we use to manage applications), and with our payment providers for purchases you make with them. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe, and committee applications for as long as needed to review them and plan future recruitment. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
